The Chaplet of the Divine Mercy is a devotion based on the visions and Diary of Saint Faustina. It is a rosary-based prayer often said at 3 pm. Instructions for the Chaplet can be found at www.thedivinemercy.org/message/devotions/praythechaplet.php. A Video of the Chaplet in song can be found at www.youtube.com/watch?v=p5TGfisOKMM.
The powerful Divine Mercy Novena, as ordered by Christ, gives us a tremendous opportunity to begin again - a "fresh start" renewal in the Mercy of God. The Lord specifically asked that the Chaplet be recited as a Novena, promising that "By this Novena (of Chaplets) I will grant every Grace to souls." (Saint Faustina Diary 796).
This Novena is a 9 day prayer that begins on Good Friday, and ends on Divine Mercy Sunday. More information can be found at www.thedivinemercy.org/message/devotions/novena.php
Divine Mercy Sunday is the Second Sunday of Easter. We will celebrate this year with a sung Divine Mercy Chaplet (bilingual), Holy Hour, Exposition, Benediction, reflection and veneration of a relic of St. Faustina at 3 pm in the Church.
