ADORATION

Perpetual Adoration
of the Blessed Sacrament

What shall we do, you sometimes ask, in the presence of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament? Love him, praise him, thank him and ask him for things. What does a thirsty person do when he sees a pure clean fountain?” ~ St. Alphonsus Liguori
REGISTER NOW FOR A WEEKLY HOUR

Our Lord is waiting to spend an hour with you each week. You are invited to sign up for a weekly holy hour. Our goal is to have at least 2 weekly adorers per holy hour, however all hours are “open”.

Please be intentional about spending time with Our Lord by signing up to a weekly holy hour of your choice.

There is an IMMEDIATE NEED for the following hours:

Monday:   2-3 am, 3-4 am

Saturday: 5-6 am, 5-6 pm

The Adoration Chapel is closed for cleaning on Wednesday from 3-4 pm and Friday from 11 am to 12 noon.

Inclement Weather

Our Pastor will make the call regarding Adoration when necessary if due to inclement weather, there would either be no adoration, or the Blessed Sacrament would be veiled. Please check this website, our App (St. Mark Huntersville from your App Store), or our Facebook page (facebook.com/saintmarknc) for these updates.

Substitutes Needed

If you don’t have a Holy Hour of your own (or if you would like to be included in the Adorer sub list), please submit your name, email and phone number to adoration@stmarknc.org  and you will be listed in the Adorer Substitute List. When our scheduled adorers cannot attend their hour, they will email you or call you requesting help.

Questions or Comments? Email adoration@stmarknc.org.

How many of you say: I should like to see His face, His garments, His shoes. You do see Him, you touch Him, you eat Him. He gives Himself to you, not only that you may see Him, but also to be your food and nourishment.  ~ Saint John Chrysostom
